New Riff Single Barrel Rye 101.2 Proof / 50.6 ABV Barrel 16-12094 - the one from the N10 BBS Festival.
Distilled 2016, bottled in 2020 without Chill Filtration. Featuring a mash bill of non-GMO grains 95% rye and 5% malted rye. Aged four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, there are no shortcuts taken in our production.
New Riff opened in 2014 and whilst building up a supply of their own distilled and aged whiskey, they sourced high-rye bourbon from MGP and released it as O.K.I. Bourbon.
