Noah's Mill Bourbon
Noah's Mill is the highest strength brand of Willett's Small Batch boutique bourbon collection. It is a four grain bourbon made from a blend of two bourbons mashes; one using rye as its secondary grain and the other using wheat as its secondary grain, so with the addition of barley in both mash bills Noah's Mill is technically a four grain bourbon. Originally introduced with a 15 year age statement it lost this providence in 2011, each batch consists of no more than 12 barrels aged between 5 to 15 years.
Although not stated on the label Noah’s Mill is a “Straight” Bourbon Whiskey, which means that it adheres to additional criteria above a 'bourbon'. See our blog for information about “Straight Bourbon Whiskey" and "Small Batch".
