US shipments
Shipping fees are approximately $39 for the first bottle and then an additional $5 (approximately) to for each additional bottle. Our shipping fee to the US includes Loss & Damage cover.
Standard US Delivery time is 5 working days, but this can me more based on the duration of customs clearance.
Our customers can shop with confidence and have complete peace of mind once an order has been placed with us. We use a third party shipping agent and depending on the state laws either clear customs on behalf of our US customers or manage the clearance for them.
The address we deliver to must have someone over 21 years of age to sign for the shipment and unfortunately we cannot send to schools or universities or military bases.
UK delivery charge
Based on a bottle and packing weighing of 2kg
1 - 4 Bottles £6.50 flat delivery fee
5 - 8 Bottles £13.00 flat delivery fee
Please contact us for express service which covers all other London postcodes. For the following London postcodes we offer free same day delivery for orders placed before 14.00; N2, N6, N8, N10, N22.
Standard UK delivery time is 4 working days.
EU delivery charge
Based on a bottle and packing weighing 2kg
Zone 1: Belgium, Ireland, Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Netherlands £17 for first bottle and then + £2 for each additional bottle.
Zone 2: Austria, France, Germany £21 for the first bottle and then + £2 for each additional bottle.
Zone 3: The rest of Europe £26 pounds for the first bottle and then + £2 for each additional bottle.
We do not ship to Denmark.
EU delivery time is 3 working days.
Other countries
If your country is not listed please get in touch and we will see what we can do. We regularly ship to Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland and Taiwan. Packing
We use the finest quality packing materials and inflatable air bags to cushion your bottles. You will receive tracking numbers so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Time
We aim to deliver your bottles as quickly as possible and therefore dispatch the next working day however please be aware of the delivery timelines which are:
- London: contact us for express service
- UK: 2 working days
- Europe: 3 working days
- US: 5 working days
Estimated weight
Shipping rates are based on weight so the estimated delivery costs are based on a standard bottle size which weighs approximately 2kg with packing. If you buy multiple bottles and the total weight is less than our checkout estimate Native Spirits will refund you this difference.
Other delivery information
All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival for by persons over the age of 18 (21 in the US), proof of age may be required.
Delivery companies may require contact details for the recipient. Please try to include a phone number or email with the recipient address when placing an order.
Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit. The risk of loss and/or breakage in transit is exclusively held by the customer; no claims shall be entered into by or against Native Spirits.
All orders being shipped outside of the EU may be eligible for local taxation and duties upon arrival in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.
