Never Say Die Finished in an Emperor’s Brewery Stout cask which had previously held the same Never Say Die Bourbon for 6 + years
- Distilled in Kentucky August 2017 - The bourbon is from the First Production Run of Never Say Die (between August 10th and 26th)
- Mashbill 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
- ISC Char #4 Virgin Oak
- Barrel entry 55% abv
- The whiskey was shipped in cask from Kentucky, departing on June 6th 2022 and arrived in the UK on July 4th 2022
- Aged in UK in its virgin cask through to end of 2024
- Held in 200L tank whilst it’s cask was ageing Emperor’s Brewery Imperial Stout
- Back in original now ex Imperial Stout Jan 2026
- Cask dumped - September 17th 2026, rested and bottled at 56.2% without chill filtration
