Brown Derby

BROWN DERBY

• 2 oz. bourbon or rye
• 1 oz. grapefruit juice
• .5 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
• Ice
• Grapefruit

Method; add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
