Mint Julep Cocktail

MINT JULEP

• 3 oz. bourbon or rye
• 1 tsp. sugar
• Several mint leaves
• Crushed Ice

Method; add mint leaves and sugar to a chilled glass and press all ingredients to the side of the glass with a spoon. Pack the glass with crushed ice, add whiskey and stir vigorously. Add more ice if necessary and then garnish with mint leaves.
